    WHY I'M DOING THIS

    I'm not a guru. I'm just further down the road than I was.

    I'm Cris, from Miami Gardens. For a long time I thought making more money meant giving away more of my time. Trade an hour, get paid for an hour. That's the only math I knew.

    So I'd go looking. Buy the course, watch the videos, get genuinely excited — and then stall. A few months later I'd start something else. Different idea, same ending. I did that more times than I want to admit.

    It took me a while to understand what was actually wrong. It wasn't that I didn't want it badly enough. It's that nobody ever gave me the order to do things in.

    If not this, then what?

    That's the question that changed it. Not "is this going to work" — I don't know that yet. Just: if I'm not going to commit to this one, what am I waiting for?

    So this is the one I'm staying with. Not the one I try. The one I stay with long enough to actually build. And I'm doing it out loud so that when it works, you can see how — and when it doesn't, you can see that too.
